SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping only to the United States and Canada. Our shipping prices are based on USPS First Class and Priority Mail estimates. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 4-14 business days from receipt of your order. The shipping and handling cost is based on the total weight of the order. Please allow up to 4 business days to process and pack your order.

All orders $75 and over (after discounts) qualify for free ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US.
- ORDER NOT RECEIVED / INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are not responsible for lost shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking info. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the new order and cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party. We will do our best to amend incorrect addresses if you call or email us immediately, but cannot guarantee the resolution with shipping provider.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, and we do not issue refunds because you don't like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient. We have a full ingredient for every product in our listings, so be sure to carefully assess it before ordering. If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we definitely want to make it right, so please contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Let us know by email (iborganicsskincare@gmail.com) as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations will be confirmed by email.

- PRODUCT APPEARANCE
The ordered product may have slight variations as they are all handmade/hand cut and cannot be identical. You may not get the bar that is pictured, but the bar will be from the same batch. We do our best to accurately photograph our soaps/scrubs/etc. so that colors and design details are accurate.
- SOAP: DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Keep the soap in a dry, ventilated area when not in use. A proper soap dish will extend the life of your soap and prevent it from becoming soft.

Our soaps contain no petrochemicals, no sulphates, no phthalates or preservatives. Each product description does indicate which ingredients are organic.
Soap is made by the traditional process of saponification in which alkali (lye) reacts with fat or oil. That is the FDA definition of soap and it is the purest and traditional method of making soap. Whereas hundreds of years ago, people commonly made their own soap using animal fats and lye that had been extracted from wood ashes. We make our soap the traditional way, similar to our grandparents, using cold process method. Cold process soap making is the new approach to soap making. Under this method, saponification takes place without the use of additional heat.
FDA is specifically disclosing that “today there are very few true soaps on the market. Most body cleansers, both liquid and solid, are actually synthetic detergent products. Some of these detergent products are actually marketed as "soap" but are not true soap according to the regulatory definition of the word.”
